No new product, no ammo, quite boring.

Hopefully it is just a (year plus long) phase.

I check in a few times a day. I have several gun forums I frequent and this site is first on the list. I have no Facebook account and would never join.

I loath Facebook, but unfortunately it's hard to break away with almost 30,000 members in the Canik Fanatik group. Thankfully the trolls we get in the FB group have not migrated to the forum.

I stop by here nearly every day and read the new posts.. usually try to say hello to new members as well. I haven't been shooting lately so haven't had much to talk about. I'll answer a question if I have some experience that might be helpful. I like this forum a lot, and I frequent a few others as well. That said, my favorite pistol currently is my (2) TP9SFx's... and using them in USPSA.

I think one of the things we need to look at is a more phone friendly version. We'll take a look at some options and see if we can make it easier for people who primarily use their phone for traditional forums.

Agreed. It would be very nice if it were easier to post pictures and such.

However, I am in both the Facebook group and also on MeWe.

I'm here everyday reading valuable information.

I don't belong to any social media stuff facebook,instagram,etc.But I do check this forum almost daily,using my phone.Like others have said with no ammo,not.alot going on but check on new posts daily.

I'm not on fakebook, no interest. Joined here to learn all I can about Canik pistols before deciding if I'll buy a Combat Elite or not.

I check in several times a day, less on weekends. My main interest is reviews and comments on aftermarket products, holsters, light, etc. Always looking for tech tips and troubleshooting information. I really value the recommendations of experienced Fanatiks. I am also a member of the MeWe group. It has expanded so much recently that I am not able to check out each new post when they are posted; usually I will check out many posts every couple of days.

I'm member of FB groups but I prefer old school forums, I usually browse here atleast every other day if not daily.

We've tried that in the past when we did some gun giveaways, but unfortunately very few people joined up. We always announce the giveaways, but sadly most people are addicted to FB.

Is there a way to have a link to a forum post that someone could view without being a member? I ask because in the past I've pointed people in the /canik sub on Reddit here for answers to questions. While I understand that it would be best for them to join the forum, sometimes they might want to see the post or thread and then it would convince them to join.

I still drop by occasionally......but don't post......thinking the forum is still under construction! It hasn't looked right to me for several months now. The colors don't seem right. It's really different.
Maybe I'm just getting too old to dance to a different tune.
Okay- if this is the way it will be, then I'll start paying more attention again and try to get familiar with it.
Every forum I have been a regular on has undergone a serious change recently.
Anyway.....I'm here.

Thanks for the greeting... yeah, I'll be around. Honestly I've been dropping by often, but not posting. I know we went through a change in format a while back, and I thought they were still working out the bugs.
