Canik/TriStar X12

Post by Ozryel » Thu Jan 16, 2020 7:04 am

So this thing pops up from time to time, the Canik or Tristart X12.

Has a CZ like slide regarding the internal rails, Hammer fired with an polymer/metal hybrid frame. Seems like the actual grip is polymer but the housing is steel/aluminium.

Anyone else ever heard of this?
And if you are at Shot show, could you ask them about it?

It's been floating around for a couple years now. I'm guessing we'll never see it come to market at this point. I'd buy one though if they ever do.

I would buy one too. I really like the concept of this

Posts I've seen are from 2017, nothing recent. Maybe we should just annoy them with questions about it. Maybe they will at least make a statement

I'm in the market for a decent hammer-fired pistol, too.
