Great present, great wife! My wife got me a belly band holster/mag carrier for when I am wanting to go for walks or bike riding, lawn mowing, etc - where I don't want the normal bulk of pants and EDC holsters. Great for sport type shorts, sweatpants - that kind of thing.
She also got me a tack zip-up/hoodie with a ton of functional pockets and secure tuck areas for gun/mags, etc.

First 10 at 7 yards shot today to test function.

It goes back to Century Arms as there is no white dot in front sight, just solid black.

Have them slap a fiber optic in there for your trouble.

Dang! I should have thought of that but they have already replaced it according to contact from Century and that it will soon be homeward bound after function check and cleaning.

That could take another 3 weeks or so.. so worth the ask.. mine was a replacement and it took 5 weeks. 3 of those weeks was waiting for the weather to clear up to shoot 18 round test and clean the gun.. they probably have time haha..

They didn't mess around. Got it back today. They gave a complete work sheet with it as well, replaced the sight, test fired 12 x, cleaned and checked just about everything that could be checked. Pretty darn good customer service!

Will be taking it out to the range on Saturday to run it through its paces.

Took it to the range today. Put 50 rounds through it at distances of 7 yards, 10 yards and 15 yards. worked like a champ!
Also tested the mag release from all angles. Normal, sideways and upside down. Mag released from mag well in all aspects, no problems at all.
