I won’t read anything reported by CNN.

Still has to get through the Senate filibusterer (60 votes) and then the POTUS has to sign it. I don't see it happening.

I hope I don't see it happening.

Right now it won't go anywhere. But, we will see what happens if the political landscape changes next year.

Remember, they've done it before, the only reason it's still not in force is a sunset clause was added to the bill at the last minute.

I wish I could say I trusted POTUS to veto this, but after the bump stock thing, and some of the statements he's made regarding red flag laws, I really don't.

As for the Republicans in the Senate... the less said about those weasels, the better.

The office of my representative is at least taking my calls. I know it's a lost cause, she hasn't broken from Pelosi since she got elected.

I hold out faint hope for Scott and Rubio. Scott caved after Parkland and hasn't shown any signs of remorse or wisdom. Rubio is trying to be "enlightened" or centrist or whatever word he wants to use for "spineless." He's voiced support for Graham's red flag debacle, too.

I dont think this one wiill go anywhere at the moment, but its always good to stock up.. I've always been a mag hoarder myself having lived all my adult life until recently under the 94 AWB(NY law mirrored it until SAFE Act) I always snagged high caps whenever I got the chance to the point now I've got ammo crates of NIW AR and AK mags I may never open. I got mag's for guns I dont nor have ever owned.
