Cut 1/2" off of a large paperclip and bend a slight curve in it. It's the perfect diameter. Hold it with a needle nose and tap lightly and the pin will pop right out

Amazon has a nice punch set with roll pin and flat punches. Around $47.00. Tekton.

Can’t seem to post the link.
I see the link you posted to them on Amazon. I have them bookmarked. Probably get them in a couple weeks.

The tekton set is pretty good and Farm King has them on the shelf. Held up so far to many ar builds and working on my M&P's

The "old days" will never come back. I bought my first set of Craftsman tools in 1963 for an after school job.
I used them hard, 16 oz hammer. My son-in-law is still using them (just not as hard).
I lost one socket, but nothing was broke. The term "tool steel" meant something.

What’s good about this set is the variety offered. Pin, roll pin and others. Length a plus also.
