I'd try the X-Compact grip module. I'm not a fan of SC guns, sold the two I had. Just too small for me. My EDC is an X-Carry and I've been thinking about getting the X-Compact. I have plenty of 15 round mags to fit it. My X-Carry uses 17 rounders.

It's only $60 and available...

Here's a guy who put his SC upper on the X-Carry frame...

Here's a comparison of my P320 w/X-Carry grip, Elite, Ruger SR9c...

Image

The Sig would be about the same size as the Elite with the X-Compact grip. The Elite is a little longer.

(*) Buy a couple of boxes of 124 gr. WWB NATO to break in the stiff RSA. Cheap, and shoots great in the Canik! (*)

Thank you guys, that helped.I needed a visual between the 2.So roughly speaking we are looking at around 3/4 of an inch longer on height for the elite? That would be an improvenent even with pinky extension on the sig its just hard to get a good purchase on grip during the draw. Thanks guys you've been a help as always!!

Damn I forgot about changing sigs grip modules.I was hoping on convincing the wife into letting me buy a new sf elite, which would have taken a whole lot.of convincing.

Get the Elite. You won't regret it.

I was wanting the Elite SC but after seeing next to the SR9C, I need to rethink that. I have been carrying a SR9C since 2014 as my EDC. Hmmm....

When I got.my concealed carry permit I bought a m&p9 2.0 full size and that was too big. Then I bought the sig p320sc and its a little too small but at.least I can conceal it iwb.I just need to find the"cinderella" gun thats just right. Is there such a thing?Could that be why we buy all these different guns?No wait not cinderella she went to the ball,I meant "goldilock" gun, something not too big,not too small, just right

I believe that's just the regular Elite not the SC. The SC is a bit smaller.

I think the SC upper you have on the X-Carry might be the perfect fit..can't beat the price!!! :-D

The SR9c sits in the wall safe in my wife's closet. The grip is too small for me without the extended pinky mag extension. Decent gun though!

I really liked my SR9c, it is a great gun. After my son absconded with it, I looked at the Elite SC but thought that it was too wide and top heavy. Looking at the side by side specs on handgunhero, it is a lot closer than I thought, an ounce heavier and a quarter inch wider. And it would have mag compatibility with my other Caniks, especially with a mag sleeve to make the grip larger like the SR9c mag sleeve did. Hmmm...
