If the Sub Elite is more of a myth or further down the line I think that T-100 may get a real serious look from me. I just need to research the differences between the T-100, P-100 and C-100 from Tristar ( Canik ) I know the 120 line is the full size but I am strictly looking for smaller to start since I really don't feel myself mind melding with this Glock 19 so far. I shoot it ok but it just doesn't feel right in my hands. That and the god awful mag release...anemic and difficult to hit for me.

The Tristars are all CZ clones so internally you wont find any differences in them. The main differences is size and what the frames are made out of.

For the Glock mag releases are simple to replace, I put extended ones on most all my glocks along with the slide lock.

Really interested how the sub will compare size-wise with the Sig P365. That is a REALLY compact double stack. My son has one and I really like it's size, how it handles but wish the trigger was a little better. If the Elite SC is anywhere near that size with the nice Canik trigger.........

It will not be as small at the 365. The dimensions are available.

It will effectively be a shorter slide and grip than the Elite, but otherwise the same general feel. It is targeted at a slightly different market, not the absolute smallest EDC, but hopefully less expensive (I am betting on $400 street after the initial burst of demand is over).

The pictures Zelda posted look promising. Now the key will be if they decide which features they will put in or literally just make it a mini elite. I think make it DA/SA and you will have a very feature rich design in a carry gun.

I found the dimensions. It is very similar in size to my Ruger SR9c, just a little wider. My Ruger has a really good trigger so i don't see this as a replacement for it. I have an SFx but with the new pricing, an SF One might be in my future. That is a great price for a good gun to have in the vehicle, etc.

Agreed that the SR9C is a great pistol with a great trigger (I don't know why they discontinued it).

Even though it may be close, I really like Canik's so I may pick one up anyway. (I'm not with the really crazy guys here who have multiple copies of each...yet).

Hey! I resemble that remark.
BTW - I have two Ruger 9E's before they discontinued that model. 9E is the "no frills" version of the SR, and they are great guns too. Good trigger, flawless runners. Ruger went with the American and Security models and discontinued the others...I think because they had too much overlap in the full size polymer pistol class. Sounds like Canik.

Just saw this posted on Canik's Instagram. Hoping this lil guy is coming to the market in the U.S. soon.

(*) Buy a couple of boxes of 124 gr. WWB NATO to break in the stiff RSA. Cheap, and shoots great in the Canik! (*)

Agreed. Canik needs to "leak" something soon before the new gun budget goes somewhere else.

Anticipation is turning into frustration.

Found a Turkish site selling holsters for the Sub Elite:

Looks nicely concealable... :d

What I would really like to see is someone with large size hands gripping this pistol so I can guesstimate if my hand will fit on the grip.

I'm guessing pinky will hang off if you have large hands, probably will have extensions available that will give all finger grip. Thats generally how most subcompacts work.
