Following. I've been wanting one of these. If it doesn't sell soon, I'll check my finances and see if I can afford to purchase it.

Actually this has been for sale quite long. On GB and in the shop I have a higher price to cover fees.

Hope you get it!

Edit/update:

Fyi, it's against the law to ship a pistol via USPS unless you have an FFL. You have to use UPS or FedEx and declare it.

You're right, that link I had from PSA was not an M2. My bad. The M2 is much nicer than the older version. My apologies.

First off, the Pistol you show is not a PPQ-M2.

Secondly you can ship a Pistol via USPS, UPS or FedEx. My self personally (FFL) and at the gun store we do it all the time. FFL to FFL. We also get many FFL transfers via the above carriers from private online purchases. Pistols must be shipped two (2) day service.

>>>>UPDATED<<<<

You cannot ship by the United States Postal Service unless you have a **Federal Firearms License (FFL)**, but you can ship by UPS or FedEx. You are required by law to declare that you're shipping a handgun.

USPS does not accept long guns.

You can ship long guns via UPS Ground like ammunition. Just shipped a Sig 522 I sold on Gun Broker. The gun store gets many long guns this way from online and in store stock purchases.

I have sold a very few firearms to close friends. I require a copy of a drivers license and CCW permit if they have one. Provide a BOS and keep in my records. Perfectly legal.

I do not sell any firearm to a California resident whether a friend or not. (Or any State where prohibited as stated in my thread)

No worries Sir. Glad the FFL was cleared up.

The key word is “licensee”. The Federal Regs are full of these little quirks and word interpations.

For instance read this and tell me if I could ship a firearm to you without an FFL.

This is directly from the ATF playbook.

May a nonlicensee ship a firearm by common or contract carrier?

A nonlicensee may ship a firearm by a common or contract carrier to a resident of his or her own State or to a licensee in any State. A common or contract carrier must be used to ship a handgun. In addition, Federal law requires that the carrier be notified that the shipment contains a firearm or ammunition, prohibits common or contract carriers from requiring or causing any label to be placed on any package indicating that it contains a firearm and requires obtaining written acknowledgement of receipt.
