Greetings All

Post by arn11664 » Sat Oct 13, 2018 5:42 pm

New to this board. Just purchased my first firearm. After shooting for about a year and trying all sizes, shapes and calibers. I finally purchased a Canik. Everything that I have shot seems to take a clip or two to zero in and feel comfortable but every so often I would go back to the TP9 SA and as soon as I picked it up , it just felt right, no adjustment necessary, spot on every time. I settled on the TP9 SF Elite-S. It feels just as good as the SA, love the trigger on it. I’m pretty sure I made the right choice. I’ve only shot it once so far and loved it.

Welcome to the club arn11664......the Elite is definitely a good shooter. The DA is my favorite....about the same size as the Elite, but has a DA/SA trigger, and the grip is tad longer, 18 rounds.

Welcome to the forum. Excellent choice in selecting the Elite. Both my Elites are the most accurate firearms I've ever owned. My other Caniks are a close second, but the Elite for some reason is a damn laser beam. Let us know if you have any questions.

Welcome! I'm an SFx owner, but the Elite-S is on my short wish list...

(*) Buy a couple of boxes of 124 gr. WWB NATO to break in the stiff RSA. Cheap, and shoots great in the Canik! (*)
