Welcome Richard. You'll find the SFx makes a great polymer competition gun (I'm guessing that's about all you can use it for in the Netherlands) after a few tweaks.
Unlike @higgybaby , I actually remember my two trips to Amsterdam; 2015 and 2018.
Thanks for the comments.
here in the netherlands you can own 5 weapons that you can keep in a safe at home. you can only shoot at a shooting club. you must apply for a permit from the police department of arms and ammunition. You must renew your license every year. you don't just have to shoot with sports weapons. You can shoot with a lot of weapons here. from .22 to 50ae, pistols, revolvers, ARs, AKs of new to old military weapons. I shot it all. my favorite to shoot is a garand m1 with the "pling" when the clip pops out.

Windmills, cheese, liquorice, stroopwafels, wooden shoes, tulips, Amsterdam, Rembrandt, Van Gogh and guns!

Do you need it take permission every time you want to go to shooting with guns? How you carry on them during travel?
Sounds like NEtherlands has some of the better gun laws of western European countries. Is the Permit expensive? Also how are the gun and ammo prices, like box of 9mm price, sfx price? Any limits on how much ammo you can buy/have?
transport in the trunk of your car in a gun or pistol case. you must become a member of a shooting club +/- 200 euros per year. Canik TP9sfx 750 euros. weapon license renew 60 euros. 250 x 9 mm 60 euros.
Transport 2000 rounds at home max 10000 rounds.
1 euro is $1.12

Fee's are all pretty reasonable, your ammo prices are a little higher be roughly 45 euros here for 250rds of 9mm. 750 is pretty expensive for SFx unless that included an optic in which case depending on optic it could be close to our prices, SFX w/o optic would be around 400 euros with tax.
