Best magazine pouch to hold SFX mags.

Haven't found a SFX specific mag pouch but there are listing for many others.

What is the best make and model mag ( Glock 23, Beretta 92, Sig 226, SW M&P, etc, etc) that will be closest to the SFX 20 rounder for a good fit?

Is this for competition or just general owb/iwb pouches in general? In general anything that'll work for glock will be fine. My stuff is either all meant for glock or just doublestack 9mm mags in general.

Don't do comps so I dont have any of those style.

My mag pouches work for both my G19 and my SFX.

It'll be for competition-well, I'll call it competition and I'm sure the folks I'll be shooting against will call it flailing wildly!!!

Anything that say Glock double stack should work-correct?

Ones for any doublestack 9mm should work fine. Might want to look at ones with adjustable retention since it'll be for comp's

I looked at those but it's kinda short on pictures-I have no idea how these are secured to a belt and would like to see the "other" side of the piece...

they are more for uspsa and 3 gun as they work best with a double belt system. if you are doing something like idpa you might need a concealed carry type. Any mag holder that fits a cz75 mag should work perfect for canik mags

Got in touch with the guy from Elite Force and asked him about this particular item:

Told him I would be using it with Canik 18 and 20 round mags. He emailed me back and said he tried some Canik mags for me and they fit just fine-he just had to tighten up the retention screw a tiny bit. I'm a Lefty and they offer a version for me so I ordered it.

The Glock mags are a little larger diameter so I'm guessing you your mags fit loose? I have mine in adjustable retention carriers I used for my old XD9 mags. I make my own holsters and carriers so it was easy for me obviously. Shameless plug to follow- www.cranecarrysolutions.com but still. I make universals for double stacks and I have a few different molds that I have to use depending on the gun. Glocks are a little larger diameter than the XD. The XD molds I use work for quite a few double stack mags. My TP9SFx mags fit like a glove.

For S&G's I put my 20rd mag in my factory XD mag holder and it fits almost better than the XD mags do. Guess I'm not buying new mag holders for the moment.
