You see quite a few 10 rd mags for an SF, (Not a lot and def. overpriced) but there are NO 15 rd magazines out there. Given rhat a 10 rd. mag is just a crippled 15 rd. one, why no 15's?

Any chance the 15 rd. ones will start showing up anytime soon? Anyone heard any rumors?

The most infuriating part is you can't even sign up on Canik/Century's website to be notified when new ones are in stock. It is as if Century isn't looking to support the line with mags any longer....

They're still selling the gun. Got a notice from Sportsman Outdoor that the Elite is back in stock at the jacked up price of $470. It only comes with one 15 rd mag. So it's not like they've discontinued the gun. Why would you sell a gun and not the magazines?

I contacted Canik/Century directly and asked why they are still selling pistols but won't sell any mags separately? The response I got was due to the ongoing EU Covid lockdowns, Mecgar (Italy) can't produce mags, or enough, to ship out currently. The Century rep said he "hoped" they would begin production again in July.

Canik firearms just became useless to me if I can't buy extra mags. I find it odd I can buy all the Sig (Mecgar) mags I want but not a single Canik mag is to be had.....

I didn't realize it when I bought my Elite SC, but it was supposed to come with a 12 round and 15 round mag. Mine came with two 12 round mags.

The 18 round Pro Mags are made for the full-size frame TP9s, that is why they stick out the bottom of the Elite models.

Do like I did: I needed a #2 optic plate and more magazines, so I bought an SFx.

I can live with it.
The grip is just the perfect size for my hand so anything sticking out the bottom doesn't really bother me at the range. I'll probably buy factory when they become available because.... well, just because.

Can't the top of a Sig 226 mag catch be opened up just a little to fit a Canik ?
Meaning enlarging the the top of the match catch on the Sig mag to it the Canik.
Pretty sure I watched a u tube video about this.
