Hello! Just wanted to say hi and am excited to be on the forum. Just picked up a TP9SFX. My first Canik.

Was deciding between this and the elite sub compact. Ended up with the SFX.

Welcome to Canik Fanatik and congrats on obtaining the SFX. SFX was my first Canik and later added an Elite SC because it was more suitable for concealed carry.

I’m hoping I get out this weekend to shoot. We will see. Have a couple of different types of ammo to shoot. I keep reading horror stories online on ftf and fte with certain ammo. But I’m sure that’s just the negative reviews that seem to be more prevelant than the good ones.

Well I got out to shoot. Factory Aguila 124 grain functioned flawlessly. Then I switched over to some reloads that my friend gave me. Some stove piping but figured cause it’s a light load. Pretty happy with the gun and accuracy of it.

Now I’m going to have to buy a red dot. Haha. Endless spending hobbies.
