Good call on the lightening cuts, I never noticed that.

I think it would have more to do with offsetting the weight of the RMR, but still, good eyes.

Man, that SFx Mod. 2 is exactly what I need if the grip has also been changed to match the SF Elite. That ambi slide release is very much needed on a competition pistol! (at least for us lefties)

I am a new shooter and have had my permit for 6 weeks now. I have bought and shot the TP9 SF Elite, and the TP9 SF. I really like both of them. I first bought a S and W 9mm EZ as it was among the top three guns I had demoed during my learning process, and was the only gun available when I first got my permit. The other top two were the Canik's which required a significant effort to find w/ 10 rounds. I can see how this can be addictive.

I notice on the Elite Combats I've seen lately on the web, there's only mention of ONE optics plate included and it's the wrong one (for me :? ) Anyone know if Canik dropped the included 4 plates with their Elite Combat?

Good stuff! Just got my Elite SC. Since first outlined in the review, is the only sight I can add from the first review: SHIELD RMSc, Sig Romeo Zero and JPoint

Any changes since?

Thanks

There are a bunch of others. Holosun 507k, ADE Spike, Trijicon has one but it has it's own footprint. There are others I believe as well.

Understood. Those are more than I can swing at this time. Is there a Trijicon Bright and Tough version for the Canik to9 sc? Thanks!

I did not see this topic on the forum so I will just throw in my 2 cents

The Upula Speed Loader was super awesome vs pushing rounds in by my thumb. I got it in yellow so if I drop it it stands out well on a floor.

Can anyone confirm if "SF" is an abbreviation for anything? Searched and have seen 2 different descriptions.

I want to say that it's for Special Forces or something like that since these are used by the Turkish military. Pretty sure I've seen that somewhere. Maybe on Canik's Turkish site. Ii could be completely wrong too.

Received a reply from Sam at Century Arms July 9th, 2021;

"The SF stands for Superior Fire arms".

It definitely stood for Special Forces back in the day. Not sure why they are changing it.
