Re: How's your gun purchases with the ammo shortage?

Yeah with elevated gun and ammo prices I've bought a couple new optics and other accessories, some mags.

Re: Glock Polymer80 information?

Haven't done a g26 p80 build yet(got a frame) I have done some 19's, a 17 and 20/21 p80s and a timberwolf, Parts compatibility vary by generation and caliber some. The P80's use Gen 3 parts and generally gen 1-3 trigger and frame 9/40 parts are also the same.

Almost like winning lotto

So I'm trying to better organize/catalog my ammo always have kept track of the main staples 9/45/380, 7.62x39/545/556 but I've got lots of other calibers. Going through my closet I found mortar ammo can with 24 G3 mags each with 20 rounds of LC M80 loaded, and around 400 additional rounds of 7.5 fre...

Re: TP9SFX optic ready but no rear sight?

Yeah your only options if you want both are have it milled for rear sight in front of optic or SFL and have it milled for rmr and rear sight.

Re: Rossi Model 92 Advice

No experience with Rossi but I do have some with Marlin and Henry, they are fun rifles especially in .38/357.. Might end up selling mine in favor of buying one of these bad boys https://www.marlinfirearms.com/lever-ac ... l-1894-cst

Re: Blade prism scope

Heard good things about the swampfox stuff. I like prism red dots since I have astigmatism but haven't pulled the trigger on any swamfox's yet, I mostly have Primary Arms since I really like the ACSS reticle and a few vortex's. Blade looks a bit chunky for a 1x though.

Re: Availability on Tristar Canik pistols

For sure luckily nothing i need right now. When I got my tristars I think I paid somewhere around 340ish out the door at academy. The only guns I want right now are a couple of the newer PSA AK's which price wise they're not bad just impossible to catch them in stock over there.

Re: Availability on Tristar Canik pistols

I like mine, though wouldnt pay $500 for one could buy real cz75 for that. They're not exactly high demand pistols so not surprised they're hard to come by right now.

Re: G42 and G2C - good afternoon at the range

UMC and Fiochi are what I mostly shoot for range ammo out of my 42. IIRC only flat nose I've shot was Freedom Munitions and I had tons of issues misfeeds, stovespipes complete failures to extract, i chalked it all up to the ammo being shitty, perhaps the misfeeds weren't I'll have to get some more f...

Re: "Worst gun I ever bought was..."

Talk about moving targets, lets see... After growing up with BB guns, .22 rifles, and assorted shotguns, my first "hand gun" purchase when I thought I needed a hang gun and my parents weren't around to stop me was a used Astra Constable in .22LR. I was a big enough James Bond fan to know a cheap PP...

All I want is video of you shooting it...
I'd video if I'd bought one I may sometimes buy ridiculous things but not that ridiculous. I imagine it maybe comparable to shooting a 700gr .500

The canik ones seem to work ok, be wary of trying them for other guns, my friend used his promag glock drum as a target a couple range outtings ago cause it was so shitty

Re: Glock trigger upgrade

Typically I just do springs and connector like Gearhead im a fan of the ghost connectors, along with a little polishing and buffing with the dremel I find the upgrades adequate, I aquired a Glock in a trade that had a Pyramid trigger and for the price of it I'm not that impressed with it.

Re: DOUBLE THE FUN!

We could use the rain here, haven't had to mow the lawn in 2 weeks, I'd just prefer to not be in the form of a hurricane or tropical storm. If you really want to mow a lawn..... I'd even arrange for lunch and beverages...or a box of 9mm. We may get a little soggy with Laura, but she's not coming to...
