I myself personally like Berry's plated bullets. I use them for everything, competition, range, I even have hybrid hollow points for home defense.

That is what I use. I have 6' alloy legs and use rebar as the cross bar. They work quite well. Took a bit to get the right system fore me.

Do you think if you drive a wooden stake directly behind the hooks, and zip tie it to the hook, would it reduce the swinging? I'm sure it would, but that would defeat the purpose of having a quick set up and tear down. If your sights are going to stay in place, then the shepherd hooks may not be wo...
