I shoot my elite CCP. Check it in the box your club uses. Boxes are allowed to be 1/16" oversized. The rules say it must fit in the box, not that it must be X x Y x Z with a set of calipers. Yes, my club uses the plastic IDPA box from Berryville.

Shoot ESP. No difference in a NV SSP shooter and a NV (or MM or SS) ESP shooter.

Why isn't it. Sig gave IDPA a bunch of money or something so they changed the "slide modifications" to allow for FACTORY lightening cuts. IDPA doesn't publish an approved or prohibited list.

Forgot to mention, the slide release lever pin is both tapered and swaged in there. It is not easy to get out without proper tools.

1. The slide release levers are not solid. There is a cavity in the back. Grinding too much will give you a lever with a hole in the middle. 2.
