Re: Reloading with best Dies

I’m in the research stage of reloading. I’ve never done it but don’t feel intimidated by it. In the near future I hope to buy a Glock 20 for protection against 4legged predators. 10mm seems to be quite expensive so saving cases and reloading seems like a good idea. I appreciate you guys sharing your...

Thanks so much! Keep it coming! Good advice to buy a variety to test first (and good excuse to shoot). 5000 round buy right off was exaggeration on my part. My 10/22 from the mid 1980's seems to fire any old thing. I think I still have some old 22 Remington lead from the 80's lol. You know, some onl...

Morning all. I have a Ruger Mark IV on the way to use for general cheap practice, fun plinking and to someday introduce shooting to my grandsons. Back when I was a kid, dad picked up whatever the hardware store had on the shelf and we shot it. Today there are tons of options not limited to lead, cop...

After trying both at the range the other day, I ordered a Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Tactical. Both guns stumbled equally regarding failure to feed/eject. I wear a large glove and thought that the victory felt too small in my hand and I also had more trouble keeping the safety off while shooting on the Vic...

I just purchased 1000 rounds of 124gr Seller and Bellot for $147 online today. Sucks I had to pay for shipping though. But it's still much cheaper than what I can find locally. I don't stash a ton of ammo, but I've been buying a lot lately because I plan to really get into competition shooting. And...

I rarely carry but if I do it is either a Sig 938 Extreme or M&P 9c. The 9c is a Gen 1 and desperately needs an Apex trigger.

I'll watch an occasional game but, like Janik, the kneeling BS was the final straw. When people ask me who my team is, I proudly tell them that I don't have one and then tell them how insulting the whole thing is and that my son is in Kuwait right now working in uniform so that those rich players ha...

The 10/22 that my dad gave me 30 years ago hasn't been fired very much but I have never desired another 22 rifle. I am thinking of getting a pistol in 22 to cheapen practice.....Ruger Mark IV maybe.

“Good luck” might be relative. Lol. When I took it out of the box and saw how tacky it felt, I was disappointed. One failure to feed out of 50rds isn’t good for any ammunition in my book although I realize it could’ve been worse.

I ran 200rds of 124gr NATO through first and didn't have any failures. The 300rds of 115gr random ammo afterwards worked great. Keep in mind that the higher power of NATO or +P is equally as important to break in rather than just 124gr ammo. Some have also had luck breaking in the spring a bit by le...
