Re: SF Elite Guide Rod Tests

Way back when she was new, my Elite had a very erratic/weak ejection pattern. Cases would dribble out and fall right next to me, pop straight up or even bean me in the forehead. Now, with several hundred rounds of practice and carry ammo, she tosses everything out between 3 and 4 o'clock. Hotter NA...

So my SFX is right about 5 pounds with my Freedomsmith trigger, is that 1 pound really noticeable?
It definitely will be, especially on your split shots during competition. Once you get used to the lighter pull you can run the pistol even faster.

Re: Guide rod for TP9SFX

All our springs are ISMI that go on our recoil assemblies. Have been that way for 10 years.

Re: SF Elite RMR Cut

Canik will not sell the plates and the slide has to be milled that way, so if we can get a slide to measure and draw off of we can make plates so that everyone can have the slide milled.

Re: SF Elite RMR Cut

Anyone who has a milled one willing to send the slide in to us, we'd be more than happy to make plates for the most popular red dots, the Trijicon RMR and the Burris/Vortex sights. Where there is a will there is a way.

Re: Security-9 Milling and test fire

That's cool. Are you milling Canik slides for optics, such as the SFL, SF, etc? I'd like to have the slide milled on my SFL and keep the rear iron sight. I'm also looking to have a slide milled for a CZ P09. I know there's a couple companies out there that do CZ, but not familiar if anyone is doing...

Re: Ruger PC Carbine Extended Charging Handle

I am willing to road test this if you send me a gun and the parts to test. I'm helpful like that. Joking aside, the Ruger Carbine is on my wish list and if/when it happens, I am interested in this add-on. It's pretty sweet. Can't wait to see what the different stock companies come up with for this ...

Security-9 Milling and test fire

We finally got the chance to mill the Security-9 for an optic. Came out really nicely.

Re: Guide rod for TP9SFX

Got some guide rods to measure and get a SFX guide rod prototyped and tested. Always nice to meet and talk with a customer that understands springs as well.
