Slide assist

Post by Deepthot » Thu Nov 08, 2018 9:20 am

I'm thinking about trying to add a slide assist of some kind to my TP9SA - something like this from Brass Stacker:

Has anyone tried doing this with a Canik? Does anyone have a Springfield XD to compare the slide width and serrations to see if this might actually fit by some miracle?

Haven't seen one that fits the slide serrations, only seen it on a Glock where it fits in the rear slide cover.

Hi Deepthot,

Tandemkross has one for the Glock. I have one of the Tandemkross charging loops on my S&W Victory. I would contact Tandemkross and see if they can help you out. They are always looking for new products. I think there would be a market for the Canik FSx.

Frank, the TK Halo is exactly what popped into my head. The SFx would also let you use the threaded holes for the factory slide assist as well as a cross bolt like the Halo.
