Update to my WTF thread...

Finally got to the range today after receiving the reduced recoil spring from canik... Those 115grn reloads that I was having constant FTE’s with before, worked flawlessly!... If anyone thinking of picking up the SFX... do yourself a favor and call in to have the reduced recoil spring shipped to you...

Re: First mag in and WTF?

Went out and picked up a couple boxes of 124grn and it ran fine... put a mag of my original 115grn and same issues... it’ll be a couple weeks till I get to the range again... hopefully I hear back from Canik with a fix soon...

Re: First mag in and WTF?

Range I’m at doesn’t carry 124grn range ammo except by the case... And not running my federal through it... :) I’ll see what Canik responds with and then I’ll see about picking up some 124 for it... I will say though.... the few rounds that did work... shot great!! If I can get this fixed I’m sure I...

Re: First mag in and WTF?

Do not know those specifics... unfortunately I didn’t come across the info pertaining to this gun not ejecting 115grn well until after I purchased it...

I hear Canik has a lower rate spring they will send out... do you know if they cover that under warranty or I have to pay?

First mag in and WTF?

1st mag and 11 FTE’s!!...

Using 115 grn that I have zero issues with anywhere else... Already sent an email to Canik... what do they do to remedy this?

Regretting this purchase already...

2ng mag = 7 FTE & 4 FTLoad

3rd mag = 15 FTE @ 2 FTL

Done!!!
