Re: SW22 Victory

Hi McCanik, I have a Victory and it is a great gun. Very accurate and good balance for the weight. The trigger is nice but I wish it broke a little crisper. I like the trigger well enough that I haven't bought an after market trigger that is available and inexpensive. If you haven't discovered Tand...

Re: SW22 Victory

The SW22 will is going to be my next .22 pistol purchase, the m&p22c is my current main .22 pistol but I want something upgradable for more precision shooting.

Re: Trying my Elite, DA, and C-100 in IWB...

is it single or double loop for belt? Double....and the space between the loops is about 3-1/8". Its about 4-1/4" outside to outside. Thats close, and....the gun sits up so high that the back of the trigger well is above the top of the belt loop. The trigger is covered, the gun fits good, but just ...

Re: Trying my Elite, DA, and C-100 in IWB...

Can confirm the Clinger works great for both the TP9 series and seemingly atleast the different 100 series Tristar's. I bought my intending it to be for my Elite but have ended up using it for my T100, and it fits like it was made for it. As far as Holster Wobble is it single or double loop for belt...

Re: Zastava M70A

Its an interesting piece, I'm not sure I'd buy one in 9mm, but I do own 2 tok's in 7.62x25. Easy to tell they're combloc weapons like you said can use it as a battle hammer till you find more ammo. I do think everyone should have a Tokarev in they're collection but I prefer the 7.62 ones its a good ...

I'm more interested in the Elite Mete as it could become my carry gun but I'd buy an SFX Mete if it comes with the threaded barrel.

Re: Full Conceal??

Not my cup of tea. I can conceal my G42 in any outfit I own. I rather take the hit on capacity and power of my 42 ready to go then the 9mm advantages with an assembly required G19.

Re: AR-SBR-Shotgun etc. for home defense

My civil unrest stash for 5.56 I have a couple sealed battle packs of m855(Green tip) and mk262. I also have some sealed tins of 7n6 and some steel core 7.62x39 if I choose to take one of the AK's. If I know I'd be up against body armor though I have a small stash of AP 7.62x51 and some a couple tin...

It's sad, because Upstate is a great place to live politics aside.
Yes it is. Had family that use to live up between Kingston and Albany, loved it up there.

Re: AR-SBR-Shotgun etc. for home defense

Suppressed SBR/PCC, or braced. IMO AR risks alot of overpenetration, though ammo selection can help there. My 590A1 was at my bedside for years, wouldnt feel uncomfortable with that either but sometimes you hear about home invasions involving several people so capacity could be an issue, now I have ...

So I've wanted a Jericho forever, is the main difference here just a polymer lower?

I have the T100, very similar to the Jericho 941, both are copies of CZ.

Funny thing is thst was at a range not to far from me. Not the range I go to though.
Is it Top Gun Shooting Range located in Houston?
Yep. Not far from me. I live in Deer Park.
Been to top gun a couple times with a friend, my usual indoor is Saddle River though.

Re: Striker or Hammer for Conceal Carry?

My carry guns over the years have been ppk, makarov, BHP, G19, G29, G42.. few others I've carried before but not regularly.. heading into fall now I'm not sure what I'll mostly be carrying durring cool weather yet G19 or P07. So I'm flexible with striker/hammer and or sa/da. If I were designing my i...

Re: AR15 Optics

I am just trying to understand why the 1-4/6/8x market is so popular (and why I have a perfectly good EOTech sitting in a box and a 1-4x on my AR...). For 1-25 yards, a red dot will be equal or better (and cheaper), but quickly loses it's advantage at distance. At 300 yards and over, a 4-14x will b...

Hey gents. we kept getting calls about the other canik guns, so we decided to look into it, and now, we are carrying the Tristar Canik 55 T-120's again (we did a long long time ago, and now they're back baby) so just wanted to drop off that little nugget of good news with you https://www.preppergun...
