Re: Prefer GREEN dots to red.

I tried the paper shim idea using a piece of masking tape. As I tighten the retaining screws you can see the dot turn off, loosen them and it comes right on. ~X(

Re: Prefer GREEN dots to red.

https://leapers.com/index.php?act=prod_detail&itemno=SCP-RDM20G Google is a thing now, right?... Used search terms: green dot RMR -Trijicon That's what I was trying to explain in the opening post. There's no industry standard name for the dots that are specific to milled pistol slides. Googling any...

Re: Prefer GREEN dots to red.

ADE is releasing a dot they claim will have a 40,000 hour battery life for $60 on the 28th. If only the dot was dependable they would have my money by Tuesday. Even if they were over zealous on the battery life half that time is a year and a half of constant on.

Re: Prefer GREEN dots to red.

:-BD Ya I was OSUT too...12B. I really thought I would hate the dot on a pistol but I'm amazed how I've taken to it. I was always a pretty decent shot, but a dot really tightens my groups. I do a lot of shooting on a B27 economy Target and I'm always well inside the scoring rings right out to 25 yds...

Prefer GREEN dots to red.

I'm pretty sure I've mentioned this before on here but I yield no results searching for it, so sorry if this is redundant. I have a the best gun ever created, I think you guys call it the TP9SFx or something? Anyway I've been an iron sights guy since since the BRM range at Ft Lost in the Woods some ...

Re: Custom CCS Holsters for TP9SFx

These are made from .080" kydex. They have both wings and box tabs from holsterloops.com. These are made for my own rig but I make them for whoever. At this point I'm small time. Mostly guys in my Dept and word of mouth. The site and Facebook page generates some interest and sales too. (www.cranecar...

Custom CCS Holsters for TP9SFx

These are my holster creations for my TP9SFx.One with O-Light Valkyrie and one without. Mag carriers are switchable from vertical to horizontal. .080 "Worn Painted Metal" Kydex with my logo printed on them from Tactical Infusions. Criticism welcome. https://thumb.ibb.co/cSuiep/39914684_9167510285125...

CCS Design for TP9SFx--Thoughts?

I'm new..ish..at making kydex holsters. I've been doing it for about 2.5-3 years now as Crane Carry Solutions. New to Canik and new to competition holsters. This is my second version of one I made to fit a Blade Tec drop offset and Tech-Loc. The first was .080 kydex this one is .093 kydex and I may ...

Re: Best magazine pouch to hold SFX mags.

The Glock mags are a little larger diameter so I'm guessing you your mags fit loose? I have mine in adjustable retention carriers I used for my old XD9 mags. I make my own holsters and carriers so it was easy for me obviously. Shameless plug to follow- www.cranecarrysolutions.com but still. I make u...
